Pastor & Staff AppReciation

Pastor & Staff Appreciation Month in October is dedicated to giving focused attention to appreciating pastors in tangible ways.

Thank you for living out the words of the Apostle Paul who wisely encouraged us “to respect those who work hard among you . . . hold them in the highest regard in love because of their work” (1 Thess. 5:12-13)

Together in faith, let’s expect God to do great things in the coming months to affirm and appreciate the pastors and spouses

October is Pastor Appreciation Month. Of course, we are encouraged to show love to our pastors year-round, but in October we want to be more intentional.

They have 3 wonderful grown children, Jessica, Bethany and Jared, and 3 grandkids: Drew, Paisley ,and  Evie. Thank you Lynn N Becky Parsons for saying "Yes" to God 19 years ago when He called you to start Day 3 and thank you for continuing to lead us closer to Him daily.

His favorite hydration is “Body Armor Light” (the diabetes won’t allow for Sun Drop or Cheerwine). He likes dark chocolate. His go to pizza is Piccolo’s Pizza or the new Happy Valley Filling Station. If he and Mrs. Becky are going to sit down and eat, it’s going to be JD’s but maybe Captain’s Galley, Mayflower, Dos Amigos, Olive Garden, or Outback. As a true Baptist he pretty much drinks dark roast, strong brew coffee, black

His sweet tooth weakness is a Kit Kat or Reese’s (pieces or cups, he’s not picky). If he and Regina are going to sit down and eat, it’s going to be Amalfi’s or Brushy Mtn Smokehouse.
